Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or via social media.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete forms and enjoy your full session.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment.
Cancellations & No-Shows

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations under 24 hours: 50% fee.

No-shows: full service fee.
Health & Safety

Inform us of medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before your service.

Pregnant clients or those with recent surgeries will receive safe, modified treatments.

Reschedule if you feel unwell to protect yourself and others.
Children & Guests

Services are for adults only.

Children or unaccompanied guests are not permitted in treatment areas.
Payments & Tips

Payment due at the time of service (cash, card, mobile accepted).

Tips are customary but optional (15–20% recommended in Texas).
Satisfaction & Privacy

Communicate immediately if a service doesn’t meet your expectations.

Refunds are not available, but adjustments or follow-ups may be offered.
